Free NAP & AI Visibility Checker

See if your business name, address and phone match across Google and your website, and whether Google Maps and ChatGPT are sending customers your way. Instant results, no signup.

Takes about 15 seconds. We check Google, your homepage and ChatGPT live.

What is NAP, and why does it matter?

NAP stands for your business Name, Address and Phone number. Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and AI assistants like ChatGPT all compare these details across the web before they decide which local businesses to show and recommend.

Mismatches cost you calls

An old phone number, a missing suite or a slightly different name makes it harder for search engines to be sure every listing is the same business, so they show you less often.

AI answers depend on it

ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Siri pull from your Google profile, your website and directories. When those agree, you’re far easier to recommend with confidence.

Customers notice too

A caller who reaches a disconnected number or drives to an old address rarely tries again. Consistent details protect the trust your reviews earned.

Formatting usually doesn’t matter

“St” vs “Street” or “Del” vs “del” is fine. Our checker separates harmless formatting from real conflicts, so you only fix what counts.

Common causes of NAP problems

  • Moving or adding a suite number without updating every listing
  • A tracking or old phone number left on directories
  • Adding keywords or a city to the business name on one profile
  • Directories copying outdated data from each other
  • A website footer that was never updated
  • Duplicate or unclaimed listings created by someone else

Questions

What does this checker look at?

Your live Google Business Profile, your homepage, the details you type in, how complete your Google profile is, where you rank on Google Maps for your type of business, and whether ChatGPT names you when asked for a recommendation in your city.

Does it check Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing and Facebook?

The free check covers Google and your website. Request the full report and a real person checks Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Facebook and Instagram for you, plus several ChatGPT answers.

Is “St” vs “Street” a problem?

No. Search engines understand common abbreviations and capitalization. We flag those as formatting only. Different street numbers, missing suite numbers, different phone numbers and different business names are the ones to fix.

How is the score calculated?

Half the score is whether your name, address and phone agree. A quarter is how complete your Google profile is (website, hours, phone, photos and reviews). The last quarter is website best practices such as business schema markup and a tap-to-call phone link.

Why does ChatGPT not mention my business?

ChatGPT’s answers change from one question to the next, and it leans on review sites, local “best of” articles and consistent business listings. A single answer is a snapshot. The full report checks several.

How often should I check?

Every few months, and any time you move, change phone numbers or rename your business.

Is it really free?

Yes. No signup and no credit card. If you want help fixing what it finds, we’re happy to talk.
