This policy explains what information Insiteful Pros, Inc. (“Insiteful Pros,” “we,” “us”) collects through insitefulpros.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers the website, our free NAP & AI Visibility Checker, our contact and booking forms, and our client portal. Work we do for clients under a signed agreement is also governed by that agreement.
We may send you follow-up emails about your inquiry. We only send marketing emails to people who have agreed to receive them or where the law allows, and every marketing email includes a way to opt out.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under terms that limit how they can use it:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. We do not sell personal information.
Do Not Track: there is no common standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, so the site does not change its behavior when it receives one. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as it is useful for following up, and usually no longer than three years after our last contact. We keep client information for the length of the relationship and as long afterward as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Free checker results are cached for a few hours to avoid repeat lookups.

California residents: California law gives you the rights above, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it), the right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it) and the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. You can make a request yourself or through an authorized agent. We will verify your request by matching the information you give us to what we hold, and respond within 45 days.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and delegated account access instead of shared passwords wherever possible. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our site links to other websites and embeds tools such as maps, videos and reporting dashboards. Their own privacy policies apply to what they collect.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the site.
